Sovotel@Uptown 28

Location. I booked this room for 6 Nights but i had to leave after 1 night because the room was very noisy all night, but i already paid for 6 nights.

No Parking, unhelpful staff, Room very noisy, rooms are small, smelly. Rude staff, no manners, bad communication skills.

DON'T stay here if you want to sleep. There is some sort of a generator that kicked off noise every few seconds throughout the day. It is terrible. The property is also managed by some foreign workers and their housekeeping is terrible. Shampoo bottle not refilled, almost finished toilet paper left there instead of replenished with new one. And there is NO lift. God bless you if you are given upper floors (and for bonus - the key card didn't work so everytime they have to follow you to your room to open the door)

The room was very clean and you're surrounded by restaurants until late into the night. Shopping mall was also right behind. Free parking is abundant provided your hours around the hotel does not clash with office hours. Loved the staff members as they are all so helpful and friendly.

It was facing a main highway and my room was right in front so I could hear every kinds of vehicle passing by at all hours. Had to put on earphones to sleep the first night but you get used to it. The room was a lot smaller than expected but a price for a certain value so can't expect much.
