Thoughtfully appointed throughout with generosity, so many free extras...puts some 4 star hotels to shame. Spacious with private terrace,parking and super pool.

The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The facilities were luxurious and the gardens were immaculately maintained and enhanced our stay. It was very relaxing to swim in the pool after travelling. Having a car, the location suited us; excellent parking and not too far from the city centre.

This is how B&B should be done. Every B&B owner should go see this place to see how it is done. We travelled Italy for a month and stayed in several B&B’s and this was numero uno!

You need a car to get around.

Good facilities, close to the highway.

From beginning to end, our stay was absolutely perfect! Everywhere you turn, it's hard not to notice the amount of attention given to detail and the care that goes into making sure guests feel welcomed and comfortable. It is by far the best B&B we have ever been to.

Nothing at all.

This B&B has the wow factor, we were so very impressed with the rooms I have never stayed at a B&B that has had so much artistic work and thought put into the confort of the guests countless small and large touches from Sauna, aluminated picture's to a free bar. You will spend time picking up things and going wow how nice is this! Our host was able to recommend a lovely restaurant in the small town and arrange transport for us very much appreciated. The location is ideal for exploring the west coast of Italy if you're interested in this.

Driving to the area we thought it was a little run down and not nice for a pleasant walk. (tip don't trust Google maps if you do want to walk to the town) in fact don't walk drive or cab it in.

The hostess was very kind, responsive and accommodating to our requests. Breakfast was lovely with a lot of options including meats and cheese, pancakes, waffles, croissants, fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs, good quality jam and a variety of beverages. The room was tastefully decorated with luxurious touches. The bathroom had a good tub with jets that made for lavish bubble baths. The pool is well maintained and a nice way to cool off in the summer heat.

The neighborhood is a bit downtrodden, so we were a bit surprised seeing how beautiful the property is in photos (and it is just as pictured). It is also very close to the highway, which is convenient but feels less like an escape than I had hoped. We did not hear highway noise from our room though.

Absolutely brilliant stay at this wonderful BnB. The hosts are kind, generous and went above and beyond. The house is beautiful and modern with every facility, and the pool was amazing. We would strongly recommend to anyone that wants a relaxing break. We hope to one stay again!

Not a negative but it is further out and would advise a car for getting around to dinner etc.
