Superbly set out with great facilities

Stairs to first floor are awkward and could benefit from a hand rail, especially for night time use.

Very neat and tidy

Could have a seperate shower cabinet for the bottom unit.

Had booked this home for 3 nights, it’s an amazing beautiful home it caught our attention. Downfall about the home is that the washing machine would only do half of the cycle it wasn’t spinning the clothes so we’d have to make trips to the laundry mat. If we are booking the home for 3 nights we expect to get more towels as We only got 1 each, Also my 3 year old niece was rushed to the hospital due to her having an allergic reaction to cats it was horrible. on the website it doesn’t say there’s a cat, but that cat always found a way in the home an knew the home as if it lives there. I’ve told the owner he is aware of the cat being there just done nothing about it or asked if my niece was ok. We had been at the hospital a night before checkout an got back late, i only had a few hours sleep I then rung in to asked if I was able to check out a lil late meaning like a hour or half hour late they said no. We were all exhausted An had to travel 6 hours home. Honestly if I had known these before booking I wouldn’t had booked this home, the price I paid was not worth the stay.

Absolutely amazing and beautiful home!!! Everything was modern and clean. Very spacious!! Multiple areas to sit and relax in. Large kitchen and dining area for big groups. Pet friendly which was amazing for our furry friend plus fenced section. Heating kept the house so warm on chilly night, was perfect! Huge bonus was the children's toys and books that were there to keep the kids occupied and happy, plus the outdoor trampoline and Playset. We loved the games room and the spa!!! Plenty of room to spread out. Very comfortable bedding! We will definitely be back!

We all adored this hideaway (so much so that it has ruined the rest of our booked stays in NZ as nothing can compare!) It was exceptionally comfortable - beds, sofas, living areas - and we so appreciated that the house was warm (fire lit!) on our arrival. We loved the hot tub outside and my teens enjoyed playing in the garage (and the visiting cat!)

The water pressure in the shower wasn’t great but that is really quibbling when there was so much good here!

Hot tub, games room. Good layout for a family of 6 where we are not sitting on top of each other . Lovely botanical gardens nearby.

the bedrooms downstairs can get very cold during the night . Heating not sufficient for back rooms .

It was nice and big plenty of space for a large group. It had lots of activities and toys for the children. Warm and comfortable
