The accommodation was extremely clean and the facilities were excellent. Tea, Coffee, water and biscuits in the room and fresh milk delivered to the door each day! Both hosts were extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this place to anyone! Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice available and the hosts could not do enough for you. Thank you for a great stay :)

"Lovely B&B for our SWCP walks."

The hosts were very attentive and looked after the details, e.g. gluten free biscuits in the room and another nice touch was the fresh milk everyday for tea in room. Breakfast excellent. Well located for public transport and access to town.

"Lovely Guest House"

Great guest house with a lovely welcome and brilliant overall stay. Breakfast was excellent. Ideally situated to explore the Helson area and wider Cornwall. We would certainly rebook here.

Immaculate guest house run by a charming and helpful couple who obviously take pride in their business. Conveniently situated for destinations like Porthleven, Marazion, Mousehole and many others.

The room was not large but was extremely clean and everything one needed was provided.

"Perfect guest house!"

Kind and thoughtful hosts, high quality breakfast cooked to request, very comfortable accommodation and everything spotlessly clean. Really appreciated the quiet and cosy lounge for guests' use and the fresh milk in a flask for the room.

Nothing- everything was excellent. Highly recommend staying here.
