The property is nice but dated. While the cost to stay is priced as if everything is new, it’s not, but, the location and beach access are incredibly convenient. Staff is helpful, they have Valet at $24 a night and totally worth it. You get bracelets that get you in yo your room and anywhere on property.

Booked our stay in the 1153 sq. ft. Condo. Kitchen is smallish, and full kitchen does not mean full kitchen. Bring salt and pepper if you plan on cooking anything as a heads up - 1 pan, 1 pot, 1 sauté, a few bowls, a couple cookie sheets and plates are pretty much all you get - these were all satisfactory but the garbage disposal was broken and the secondary AC in the 2nd bedroom was shot. My husband is in HVAC and the thermostat should have been replaced long ago. After paying $2200 just for the 3 night, 4 day stay, you’ll be spending quite a bit more to eat and enjoy a drink. Drinks are $11-19 each and the food has fillers in it so expect the bathroom to be a good part of your stay. Dinner for 4 depends if you get drinks, but roughly $160 and it’s not a lot of food. Overall it was fun, expensive for what we got, but fun nonetheless.
