The staff was super accommodating and communicative, and the property was spotless. Location is good, and convenient to get to SJO and nearby restaurants, cafes, and shops. The property is nice: it seems to be a converted house, so there’s a living room, big dining room, and a nice backyard. A big fridge and kitchen facilities is a bonus if you have your own food. The beds were comfortable and shower and toilet worked perfectly. Even though the decor was old-fashioned, the room had quiet AC and nice lighting, enough plugs, and a private bathroom. I heard zero street noise and felt very safe. I would definitely stay again before/after a flight.

Not much. We reserved last minute and got one of the less-private rooms (twin beds by the kitchen), so other guests’ noise could be a concern.

Die Gemeinschaftsküche war groß und sauber, alles vorhanden um sich selbst ein Frühstück zuzubereiten.

Das Zimmer ist etwas klein und das Bett nicht so bequem für zwei Personen

Netter Gastgeber, der uns auch spät noch vom Flughafen abgeholt hat. Unser Aufenthalt war super. Das einzige was man erwähnen sollte, das Frühstück muss selber zubereitet werden. Sprich Toast und Obst ist da, aber man muss sich selbst drum kümmern.

Excelente opção para quem precisar de ficar no aeroporto. O Esteban foi super prestável com os trasnfers para o Aeroporto. O Hotel é muito bonito, com uma boa área exterior. Pequeno almoço da manhã com boas opções.

Alice y Juancito Boutique Hotel is an incredibly charming and cozy place. Our room (number 5 – the deluxe room with dark blue walls and matching curtains) was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had a lovely view of the garden. The host was very friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect — just a few minutes from the airport. You don’t have to travel all the way into San José, and it’s an ideal starting point for the rest of your trip. Supermarkets, local sodas, and a small center are all nearby. The only minor downside was the mattress in room 5, which felt a bit outdated, so we didn’t sleep as comfortably as hoped. Overall, a very pleasant stay and definitely recommended.

Very helpful from the start, offered transportation to and from airport. They offer this service around the clock. Check in is very easy, all done by codes sent just before our stay. Rooms are really cosy and fresh. There is a kind of help yourself breakfast. There is a lovely living room and kitchen for guests as well as outside area to just relax. It offers secure accommodation and very kind owners
