"Airport Suite with shuttle and nice room"

Great place to stay near the Philly airport. Parking is good and the shuttle takes you to the airport. The room was very large and had a frig, microwave and things if you wanted to eat in. Very convenient. The staff were also very nice

"A bit outdated good customer service"

I recently stayed at this hotel this past saturday and overall had a pleasant experience. The property itself is a bit outdated the rooms and common areas could use some updates. Parking is also $20 a day and you have to scan a bar code and still get charged on top of that. but it was clean and functional. What really stood out was the customer service. Danielle at the front desk was incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive. Making check in and any questions I had smooth and easy. If you’re looking for a hotel with modern decor, this might not be the place, but if great service and a welcoming staff are your priority, I would recommend staying here.

"Nicolette is AMAZING!!!!"

I have never wrote a review before this. I just have to rave about an employee you have at this hotel. I was having a long, awful day. I was coming back from a trip and everything that could possibly go wrong, did. I arrived to the hotel and there was some issues with my reservations. Nicolette at the desk handled EVERYTHING with such grace. I was not the easiest person to handle at that point and she was so kind, patient and so cheerful in the middle of the night. I checked in and came back downstairs to thank her and apologize since it was busy when I was checking in. When I got down there a gentleman was frustrated that there was no food in the hotel at that time and I watched her LITERALLY give her dinner to this man. You have an employee that actually cares about the people who stay in your hotel and I wanted to write this review so everyone knows what a true asset she is. Thank you for everything Nicolette!!!

It was a normal hotel room that meet my needs for a 1 night stay.

Everything was fine. I noticed the shower head was leaking and that is causing some damage to the ceiling, but that didn't effect my stay. You might want to fix the leak.
