The location is pleasant and quite close to the city centre. e.g. just a few minutes walk allows you to reach Castel Vecchio. The common area in the location are very pleasant. The staff is helpful and available to help, we had complications during the trip and the lady was very flexible with some last minute changes.

You are not allowed to eat in the room, and that's is fine. Although, the fact that you can't eat in the common tables outside the rooms is difficult to understand for me. We had to eat in the car outside the property. The walls of the room we've been given were very thin and we could hear other guests next to our room. Our room was quite small, fine for the short period we've been in Verona, but maybe not suitable for more days.
