"Great opportunity to make new friends."

The service team was so helpful. They received me as early as 2:50a.m. May the Lord bless them. They helped me upload 'grab" app on my gadget to ease my movements.

Not at the hotel. It was basically my shopping experience which did not go well on return at the IOI City Mall.

Good size of room for family of four. Location of hotel was alright for our itinerary.

The bathroom is poorly designed and flooded both shower and toilet areas very quickly. The room is somewhat poorly lit and cleanliness was so so. And the walls are thin – we experienced very inconsiderate occupants who spent the night talking loudly and laughing. I guess you get what you pay for.
