Hoi An Fairy Garden Villa

The staff was amazing. Vincent was really helpful and warm-hearted, the perfect host. A day before we arrived, very heavy rain flooded the streets. Therefore, he rented us the scooter for free to get around more comfortably. Also he helped us with a flat tire, recommended us great restaurants and tours. The place is really nice to relax for a few days after escaping the hustle and bustle of Hanoi. The hotel is clean, calm and the photos match the reality. One of our best stays in Vietnam.

It was a lovely stay, they take really good care of the rooms. Very calm and tranquil with the pool being absolutely wonderful. Plenty of little details and amenities in the room to make it even easier to stay. Even as far as putting 3 bottles of water in the room so you don't need to stock up if it's a short stay. It was great. The people who run it are also very friendly :)

Everything is perfect from the room to the outdoor swimming pool to the staff.

There’s a tomb at the alley, looks quite creepy. We couldn’t sleep the entire night since we felt something not right. Room was not cleaned well but then when we asked they made up again so it’s fine. Location is pretty far from the centre, should have bike or bicycle to come there.

Vincent was so amazing and helpful with my stay. He accommodated all my inquiries and needs, such as booking motorbikes to town, tours, and everything handled from the airport to the hotel. The staff was also very nice even though they don't speak English, they were still accommodating (google translate is your friend). They also allowed me to check in early which was so helpful as I had no sleep yet at all. Everything was as I expected it and more especially for an affordable price. Bonus: there was a cute kitten I was playing around with!

The only thing was that it was a bit farther away from the ancient old town, but it is not such a big problem to take motorebikes to and from (and there are free bikes from the hotel as well).

The hotel is clean, comfortable and welcoming. The pool area is beautiful and exactly like the pictures. Plus in the heat of the day the pool is shaded so a perfect area to cool off. The staff are all lovely especially Vincent who went out of his way to lend me a phone charger and also found my bank card and kept it safe. The hotel is in a quieter area but you can rent a motorcycle or pedal bike to get into the centre. If you struggle to order a taxi, Vincent will organise this for you. I cannot praise this hotel highly enough it exceeded my expectations for a budget stay in hoi an. I stayed here by myself and felt completely safe and secure.
