Cappadocia Ennar Cave Swimming Pool Hot & SPA

Fantastic stay at a wonderful cave hotel! The pool an added extra when a stormy day! Staff could not do enough for us. Highly recommend!

The stay at ennar was exceptional not only for the extraordinary hotel structure and beautiful scenery but also for the warm hospitality and unconditional love that we received from the whole staff Hami is a wonderful owner, he greeted us with a warm and friendly welcome at 2:30 am and told ys to make ourselves at home not a hotel and we really felt like home and booked another night

I wanted to sincerely thank you for adjusting the breakfast time to accommodate my early flight. Your thoughtfulness and flexibility made my morning much smoother, and I truly appreciated the extra effort. It was a great help, and I’m very grateful for your kind hospitality.

The people were so friendly and helpful. The room was interesting , clean, and comfortable. And the breakfast served was overly generous. Our only disappointment was the swimming pool which was small, inside and didn’t open until 10. We are lap swimmers so this wasn’t for us

Bit confused by the other reviews as we had a completely different stay. There is nothing around this hotel no shops or restaurants and the hotel does not have a restaurant so this meant we had to get taxi’s out all the time. On our day of travel I received a WhatsApp from the hotel at 5am, 7am their time and was asked about booking a balloon ride and told it was best to book asap. I had a 7 hour flight it was impossible for me to try and arrange this via WhatsApp. This should have been arranged a few days prior not on my check in day when I’m travelling all day. Our first day we requested the staff to book us a taxi to take us to Goreme. We ended up no where close to Goreme but instead at a random shopping mall. We understand there is a bit of a language barrier as not many of the staff speak English at this hotel but Goreme is a popular place that most tourists would be going to so not sure how this was misunderstood. The worst part was being asked to move mid stay so they could accommodate a guest for 1 night with mobility issues. We booked our room months in advance and when we were asked we had just woken from a nap after doing an early morning photoshoot. We were still in our pj’s and was being asked to look at another room! We refused as we only had an hour until we were going out on a tour and our refusal was not accepted politely by staff. It was made to feel that it was our problem they had a guest with mobility issues who needed a ground floor room but surely if that was the case it would have been organised in advance or they would have not accepted the guests request due to having no rooms available. To ask another guest to move rooms when they have booked to stay in a certain room is completely unacceptable. The room itself was not practical. It’s advertised as 3 beds but 2 of these do not have proper mattresses and are sofa areas made into beds. It’s very uncomfortable and hard to sleep on. The shower head was old and didn’t work properly.

Temizlik, tertip düzen gayet iyi seviyedeydi. Otel personeli ilgili ve güler yüzlü.Çocuklarımızla çok memnun kaldık.kahvaltısıda lezzetliydi. Tavsiye ediyoruz.

Her şey ile mükemmeldi temizliği personel ile kahvaltısı ile bir çok otele gittik ama burası kadar keyif aldığımız yer olmadı kesinlikle başkalarına da tavsiye edeceğiz ve yolumuz düşerse kesinlikle gelmek istediğimiz yer yine de burası olur
