"Disturbed slumber "

Our stay was quite disappointing. We were awoken in the middle of the night by a neighbor who checked into the room next to ours and proceeded to engage in a screaming phone conversation for almost two hours. On top of that our toilet paper roll holder was broken. After complaining to the concierge, we were offered a discount, however they were unable to honor it because we booked through hotels.com.

"Very nice options near walkable downtown! Small king basic room."

Property appears refurbished with some modern touches. We had a room on the 3rd floor looking right into the driveway to underground garage, it was not at all noisy but it was a very small room! Club Room is on the first floor. Bfast on the weekend was busy but the very nice and personable lady serving the room was right on top of everything!!! Hot Selection is usually three, Oatmeal, Eggs, and Bacon/sausage. Coffee machine with ‘drink’ options was a nice touch and it actually worked 100% of the time! Cold case have an assortment of drinks and snacks. Overall a nice stay if you want CLOSE to downtown for plenty of places within walking distance. Note, they do appears to cater to a lot of Convention Meeting groups, Airline staff and Military groups, but our experience with these groups is that they are mostly friendly, ie not the drunken LV convention types!

My family and I were visiting the Landing School in ME and we’ve stayed at this location before. We had a lovely stay both times. The food is yummy and close to shops and attractions. Check out the Albacore submarine if you stay here!
