Fantastic, loved this place

No se descansa. Las dos noches sonó una alarma como de incendio o evacuación que según la admin se dispara en el primer piso. Suena en todo el edificio arranco a las 4am. Los balcones no cierran del todo entonces la bulla es constante toda la noche, día y mañana.

I really like the place the staff very helpful I went i needed something the staff was really helpful on very everything I give this place 10/10 if i need to stay in bogota i will be staying here again

Very nice clean property and the staff were very helpful and friendly. However, there’s not too much in the immediate area except for the food court below

Sink in the bathroom had black mold in it. The water was shut off for 24 hrs and they only gave me 12 hr warning and stated that I received notification but showed them I never did and gave me attitude about it and said well it was posted in the elevator. The guy at the reception I think Enrique had bad customer service and bad attitude. My medication pouch was delivered and was tampered with and he told me they would review the cameras to see if it was them, it took three days to get that video after asking day after day. Turns out it was not them but they did not give it priority. Have stayed there many times and this time the new workers seem to not be well versed in customer service.

Stay was good, property is just as described.

Terrible experience, in my check in I was for More of 3 hours wait, also the apartament don’t have hot water

Super stay, even if the pool and sauna was closed on Monday the only day I was there. Anyway I’ll book here again when I come back in Bogota because there is everything you need to relax and be comfortable before or after long travel. Very relaxing place in a big city.

I stayed at this property twice before in 4 different rooms. Once in the summer of 2022, and once in the spring of 2023. At that time, they used unscented products. Sometime between the spring of 2023 and now, they began using heavily fragranced products that are hazardous to anyone with fragrances sensitivities. This information isn't provided to you before booking. I arrived at 3:30 p.m. after traveling overnight from the U.S. After checking in, I went to my room and immediately had to walk out again for my health. I went downstairs right away and spoke to the desk manager. He asked me to wait and he would see if he could figure out a solution because staying in the room they gave me would have sent me to the hospital. By 8:30 that evening, no solution had been offered. He refunded me 6 of the 14 days I had booked and paid for and told me that I would need to contact Travelocity to get the remaining refund. I had no place to stay, so I contacted Travelocity at once. Travelocity told me they would open a ticket and speak with the property and I could expect a resolution within 72 hours. Then they worked with me to find another place to stay. The property has refused to refund the remainder of my money, stating that I should somehow have known that they had started using chemicals that are hazardous to my health. DO NOT STAY HERE. If they cause you health problems, they will steal your money and claim it is your fault. I would accept having to pay for 1 day, but not 8!

Lugar muy comodo y agradable, en general muy bueno, salvo pequeños detalles que pueden mejorar, como el de enseñarte los lugares recreativos que tienen ya que sl menos las veces que quise ir no hay nadie que te entregue las cosas (para el pool, ping pong, taca taca, etc) Lo mismo para consultar por wsp aveces responden y otra veces no.. pero en general no fue motivo para disgustarme en comparación a otros lugares, remondables total.
