"Royal Cyrus Treatment"

The hotel staff was simply amazing, professional, and courteous. One young man stuck out. His name is CYRUS. His personality and service were so contagious. He was like a part of the family and made sure our church group had everything we needed during breakfast. He even found my earbuds that had dropped out of my pocket and made sure they were returned to me. Cyrus was the 'icing on the cake' of our several day stay. We look forward to staying there again. Thank you all so much. Anyone deciding to stay there, please ask for Cyrus during breakfast.

"Terrible water pressure in the shower"

Other than the water pressure, there is really nothing either remarkably good nor bad about this hotel. The executive lounge on the 9th floor is open 24 hours and it’s nice to be able to grab a bottle of water, but their fridge was not well stocked Again my big issue is the awful water pressure in the shower. Simply not acceptable. The place was clean. The decor is modern but just field cold, and I personally found it unpleasant. One other note the TV remote did not work well.
