"Sheraton Columbus Theft"

I stayed here for work, and my car along with several others, was vandalized during my stay. The management didn’t even offer to help cover the cost of the broken window. The hotel was pretty nice; however, this incident will mean I likely won't stay at the Sheraton again unless they can cover the window or something is worked out.

Beautiful hotel, comfortable room.

Staff struggling to meet the needs of a large swarm of guests. Hallways had not been vacuumed while we where there. Tons of small bits of garbage lining the halls.

Nice location, easy to get to. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean to the naked eye.

Furniture in the rooms was out of date and felt very worn, pillows also seemed about done for.
