A localização é ideal, pois fica muito próximo da rua das pedras (onde tudo acontece) ao mesmo tempo que está em uma rua tranquila e silenciosa. Estacionamento bom e de fácil acesso. Recepção 24h, colaboradores muito gentis. Ar condicionado bom e novo. Toalhas / roupas de cama cheirosos. As áreas externas são organizadas e bonitas.

Poderiam renovar toalhas/roupas de cama, pois apesar de limpos tem um aspecto muito usado. Chuveiro elétrico com água quente demais no modo verão (mínimo), e na opção desligado ficava desconfortável. Sugestao: trocar por chuveiro de 4 temperaturas. Sugestão 2: disponibilizar uma cadeira ou banquinho. Melhorar wifi. A pousada pode melhorar nesses aspectos, pois não é barata - apesar de ter preço competitivo para Buzios.
