Malgré plusieurs demandes renouvelées impossible d’obtenir la facture

The room was fine, not great. The location was convenient, just off the highway. Breakfast was refilled frequently with hot fresh food and drinks.

The tub filled with water while taking a shower. The bed was too high off the floor which made it difficult for a shorter person to get in and out of bed. I sunk into my bed, making it difficult to move around in bed. The location, while convenient and close to the highway exit, was noisy all night. I heard trucks down-shifting quite often even though the windows were closed. Breakfast was fine, except I realized afterwards that the egg omelets (while labeled as "no cheese", implying no diary), likely had Milk mixed into the eggs. I am not supposed to eat dairy, so I was miserable later in the day.

Très propre, lit ultra confortable , très bon déjeuner et emplacement près de Boston et Salem.

The room was very spacious and clean, had everything that we needed. Near the hotel are some places to eat and to shop, so it was very convienient.

When we arrived there was some misunderstanding about our payment and the guy at the reception told us to pay extra 122 dolars. It did not matter that we already payed everything before hand in booking. Then he suggested we talk with the manager and she did not answer any of the emails I sent to her. Only Sunny in the reception was helpful and helped us clear the misundertanding and got my money back.

The facility is very nice very clean and his staff was very helpful.

Upon arrival, I was told that there would be a $50 charge for an early check-in.

It was clean. Staff was wonderful. Good breakfast the location was great. Pet friendly an has a nice working pool. Bathroom a rooms were big. Very pleased
