The room was quiet, no loud neighbors

Breakfast was supposed be at 7 at 8:30 was still not ready, we left because we had to be somewhere by 9. When trying to check out there was no concierge so we were unable to get a receipt for our stay. There was a bucket to leave room keys on the desk.

I’m extremely disappointed with the overcharge by this hotel. My reservation was for $177.60, but I was charged $258.73 — a significant difference that still hasn’t been refunded. I’ve tried resolving this directly, but received no response or solution. This is unacceptable, and I’m leaving this 1-star review to warn future guests.

Clean with great amenities

This is the third time my husband and I have stayed at this Hampton Inn in Woburn (January 8-11). We have been completely satisfied with all three of our stays here. The hotel is in a great location, a short drive to the Anderson-Woburn train station, the Market Basket supermarket, restaurants, and the Burlington Mall. The hotel itself is a very quiet and comfortable place to stay. Its rooms (we had a king room) are spacious and very clean, and a good value for the price we paid. My husband and I would like to give a shout out to Lakeysha at the front desk. She was very welcoming, and went above and beyond to address any needs we had during our stay. The Hampton Inn Woburn has become our go to place to stay when we are in this area.
