Great stay - not fancy of course but at a ridiculously convenient price. Very central.

Great place for the price. I had a nice stay in a nice location close to restaurants and shops. Very nice stuff

The place could be cleaner, there was dust on e.g lamps

The staff kindly lent me a phone charger and also let me rest in the hotel reception area and keep my bag after my check out. The room was okay but had good lighting, bedding etc. the location is ideal for those who want to stay right in the souk area however if one has luggage/bags, the cab doesn't reach the hotel entrance so one may need to walk from the main road to the hotel which is about 10 mins.

At the time of check in, I was handed a towel and a toilet roll which was really uncomfortable. I was kindly allowed to rest in the hotel reception area after my check out however upon request, was refused toilet access which again seemed a bit weird. I had selected a room with a shower (a basic room) - the washroom was basically a toilet converted into bathroom so was adjustable but not ideal.

My stay at this hotel was very disappointing ☹️ on all levels: starting with the cleanliness which was not present given the presence of flies in the room, the lack of comfort in sleeping bed which make noises with each movement , the hotel manager who charged us taxes which have no meaning given their poor service (the absence of hot water in the toilet, no tidying of the room each day ...) ... in short I do not recommend staying in this hotel.

No hot water + I was disturbed at night because I was talking on the phone, they asked me to lower my voice disrespectfully as they knocked on my door loudly knowing that they could call me, the hotel walls transmit sound, breathe and they will hear you
