Great sized bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms and toilets in a perfect location, so close to the centre of Chester! Loved it and would stay again!

No parking

Spacious and bright with 4 double rooms. Perfect location 1 minute from centre of chester.

The only real suggestion for improvement other than a parking space out front or permission to park on front grass would be a pick of paint and a carpet clean downstairs. Also the upstairs shower doesn't drain properly and the water is scalding. But we loved our location and had a great stay. Will definitely come again

Location, property was good

There was so much to love. The location, the size, the comfort. This is a gem of a property. I would definitely stay here again.

Anything minor thing that we struggled with on the first day was quickly resolved. We couldn't ask for better hosts.

Location brilliant. Good spacious bedrooms rooms. Plenty of clean towels/ bedding etc available. Nice to have basic goods on arrival eg milk, washing up liquid, paper towels, tea coffee etc. Plenty of cooking equipment.

Outdoor area not very nice, limited safe & clean garden furniture available. Garden uneven & unattractive. House floor boards very noisy and sofa uncomfortable. Lack of any parking
