Its location in airport was a 5 minute walk or less

The length of time it took to get our food after ordering at the restaurant. Over 45 minutes. The food quality however and the bar tenders made up for it.

"A great hotel with enormous advantages but also surprisingly under staffed."

Location, cleanliness, access, food quality, comfort, tranquility.

Checking in and checking out was incredibly lengthy and annoying. While I understand computer glitches or airport overflow burden, the reception is severely under-staffed and the process is burdensome.

Access from the airport, the hotel facilities, including the fitness centre, the healthy food options in both the casual dining and breakfast restaurants and spacious, well-appointed bedroom and bathroom. The staff are also to be commended for the efficient and courteous manner in which they handled the check-in desks when the computer system was down.
