This hotel relocate me to another hotel which has a very bad rating from clients. I just get the notification a day before which I already arrived at Pulau Sabang. I cannot contact the phone number given & all communications only by email. I am on vacation & do you think I have time to check all the emails? I refuse to stay at the suggested hotel but I don't have choice since I cannot cancelled the booking because of the terms given to me. I am very upset to the panglima polem aceh due to this problem.

Clean room with airco in a location nearby the streetfood market. Friendly staff. Coffeebar around the corner. Peacefull place.

The shower didn't get warm. Bed was a bit soft.

"Amazing place"

Could not ask for more. Very clean tidy hotel with very friendly staff. Fantastic area with plenty of restaurants and plenty to see. I loved it here and by far the best hotel of my trip.

There is nothing to dislike about this hotel!
