DEWe had a wonderful stay at the Inchy Rooms. Its location in the heart of Diocletian's Palace is ideal. The sights, the beach, and the harbor/bus station are within easy reach, yet it is quiet at night. The accommodations were very clean and well-equipped. The hostess was very friendly and took the time to answer our questions and provide recommendations. We would come back at any time!

USThe location within the palace is special. The kitchen is well equipped and the host left treats throughout the stay. Good hot water and pressure in the shower.
There room had a smell of stale cigarette smoke. This was the only reason I didn't give this place top marks.
HRPredivan boravak u samom srcu Splita ,unutar povijesne Dioklecijanove palače. Iako smo rezervirali u zadnji čas ,iskustvo je bilo izvrsno. Jako uslužno osoblje i domaćica odgovara na poruke u roku od par minuta i šalje slike ulaza u apartman i lokaciju što je bilo od iznimne pomoći. Apartman je bio izuzetno čist i održavan ,što mi je osobno najvažnije. Kad opet posjetimo Split ,sigurno se vraćamo u Inchy accommodation!!!

VNIleana's place is nothing short of expectation. Ileana and her son are very sweet and welcoming hosts. They showed us the area and gave recommendation of where to visit and where to eat. We even received a small gift from them :) The place itself is really clean and there is everything to make you feel like home. Toiletries, tea and coffee are generous. Noise insulation is great - The place is above a restaurant/ bar but we did not hear any noise when the windows were closed. The location is just perfect, you could not ask for a better place with such price ;)

GBRight in the centre of Split, this apartment was in the old walled city, which is stunning. I didn’t realise we would have a kitchen to ourselves, we had unlimited supply of tea and coffee, biscuits and toiletries. The bed was extremely comfortable and nothing was too much trouble for the host. Her son carried our extremely heavy case up the stairs for us. Would easily suit a family stay.
Nothing. Some people may find the stairs to the property difficult.

The place REEKS of smoke. Every piece of clothing we washed/dried or took out of our suitcases still smells like an ashtray. We are now forced to do laundry in our next location, and take time out of our one day to fully explore. My partner had a hard time breathing because of the air quality.

GBIleana was a lovely host, showing my girlfriend and I all the hotspots around Diocletian's Palace. She offered us complimentary biscuits and a map to help us around. The room was just as expected and had mini fridge which was of great us. The kitchen was well equipped and even had a washing machine we could make use of. The walls were also sound proofed making it easy to forget how busy it is outside.
There is a slight smell of cigarette smoke that comes from outside, the location is above a bar in the heart of town so it's expected. Although you can get around this by keeping doors and windows closed and turning on the aircon.
