Location. Price. Very near Noodles House and Cafe Cafe @ Texas Inn, both serving good food at reasonable prices. Walking distance to most sights and food. Clean toilet, good water pressure and hot water.

Need to request for room service. Towels too old. Smell of cigarette smoke at night from corridor. Small room.
