La ubicacion, muy cerca de la playa de jabaquara. Barrio tranquilo. Se puede acceder caminando al centro historico sin problemas. Buen internet.

La ducha eléctrica quizá podría mejorar el armado, por lo demás, impecable el baño.

Excelente localização.

No portão de acesso de pedestre, é preciso ter cuidado para não tropeçar. Seria legal que oferecessem um local seguro para guardar as malas em caso de late check-out. Isso fez muita falta. E houve demora na resposta a uma consulta sobre late check-out. A cama é pequena para pessoas com mais de 1,80m.

The Jabaquara área is calm and there are nice cafés.

The apartment I was given had no hot water and they gave me another apartment after 1 day and the repairman woke me up whole I slept. In both apartments, it was not very clean and they can do a better job in cleaning the bathrooms and fridges.
