"Location rules!"

Very nice hotel a few steps away from Yokohama station. This grants access to almost everywhere. Rooms were a good size. Very clean. Bonvoy platinum members are given special treatment. Since they were unable to give us a room upgrade we were given coupons for breakfast at the restaurant instead of being required to have breakfast at the lounge. Sadly breakfast was the weakest part of our stay. While the food was generally quite good, the choices were limited. I am particular about bread and baked items. The ones here are disappointing. Staff all around were very polite and courteous.

"Excellent"

Spacious and comfortable room. Location is convenient, right next to the station.

View from the room window was very “uninspiring”, back side of office buildings with no clear landmarks. Hotel breakfast seemed very expensive, so we skipped it.

Very close to train station and shopping. Room size is good.

"Our favorite hotel in Japan!"

The Sheraton is steps from the Yokohama station, numerous restaurants and Takashimaya. The hotel is large, has many different restaurants and a great lounge where we enjoyed our dinner. The Compass restaurant serves an extensive and impressive breakfast. As Bonvoy Titanium, our upgrade award was honored and we stayed in the most amazing suite. Our stay was outstanding and we didn't want to leave the Sheraton. We hope to return soon!

設備が少々古い。スタッフが少々疲れぎみで元気がない。シェラトンのブランドを担っているという気概がない。

"横浜シェラトンの気品"

横浜駅のすぐそばで移動に便利。2階まで吹き抜けのロビーは、高級ホテルの気品と美しさを感じる。

客室の作りや設備はしっかりと維持管理はされているが、さすがにシェラトンのノスタルジーを感じるもの。新設ホテルの利便性に慣れた客は戸惑うかも。
