Motel lavapies

Traté de poner buena voluntad, porque algunos comentarios eran terribles. No es un desastre, pero lo peor es que sale mucho olor de los desagues del baño. Y el precio, realmente es muy caro para lo que ofrece. La zona no es agradable, aunque parece segura.

The hotel was a nice 15 mins walk from the station with lots of shops and cafes etc on route. Very convenient situation for exploring the City . I arrived late and the night manager Pasha was helpful and kind . He kindly helped with the check-in process and secured my bags allowing me to get food before local food outlets closed . He showed me to my room and checked it was suitable . Thank you Pasha ! . The bed was very comfortable in a quiet room and I slept soundly , until the cleaners knock awoke me at 10.30 am ! . The hotel provided Towels , Tooth Brush pack . The bathroom was suitable and clean like the room . It’s not the Ritz but great value and great position in central Madrid near the Station .

Esto es una cueva. Ni baño en la habitación. Un timo.

Bonito ecomonico

Struttura molto essenziale, ma decisamente economica per Madrid, adatta per dormirci e basta. La camera nello scantinato non era decisamente il massimo, ma per dormirci una notte andava bene ... a parte il rumore della strada

This hotel has horrible WiFi!! There were two routers to connect to and neither had internet. I stayed there two nights and couldn’t find restaurants, directions, no email, not even texts would go through! I asked the front desk about it and they just said “everybody is using it at once which is why it’s slow “. That’s not true because I tried around the clock and had to go to bars and restaurants for wifi

There are not too many things we liked as we were scammed by a front desk staff.

Honest staffs who care about their customers.

Our room had no space for luggae, was marked "private" on the door instead of the room number. There was a bunk bed with an unsafe ladder and the support of the top bent was bent. The door for toilet and shower (shared, in the hall) could not be closed. Also, there was a person sleeping in a coach in the hall.
