The Location of the Property in traffic congested area, which makes it quite Noisy and Dusty::the Bedroom air conditioner wasn’t working, which made the night very warm::

Nothing !Area is unclean and unsafe with delivery trucks, cars, taxis and motorcycles in your front door. This place is not a suitable accommodation for travels. It is mainly an apartment on top of a lottery ticket office, with vehicles in/ out of the main entrance. Noisy, similar to the bus station in Fira.

Stay away from this place unless you want your accommodations to be in a parking lot. Assume dining at a fancy restaurant and they sit you near the dumpster is the parking lot. The direct manager was nice but the management company staff / Maria was rude and unresponsive to our concerns. The path of travel is so UNSAFE that you risk being hit by a truck as you try to walk to Oía beautiful walkway. We ended up leaving the unit and finding a new accommodation because the noise was so loud that we were not able to even drink a cup of coffee and talk on the deck. At night, people drinking and smoking as you walk into the unit.

Less than 5 minute walk from the Oia shopping plaza where the white & blue domes are, food & shopping. Thomas was also very helpful in arranging our ride back to the Santorini airport. Place provides complimentary coffee & tea. Also has the beautiful view of the Oia sunset. Highly recommended.

The place was great. Clean with beautiful sunset views and only 5 walking minutes from the main tourist attraction street. Mr.Thomas was really helpful bringing extra sheets and towels for our family.

The suite itself was great but it sits over a betting office and the customers tend to smoke outside so if you don’t like the smell of smoke this may not be for you. Although the proximity to the main tourist part of Oia is great the location is also at a busy intersection where there are multiple drop offs so it can get a kill the crazy. The experience was let down by simple communication. There’s no signage anywhere outside as to where the suite is and how to get in, so if you turn up late then good luck as all the phone numbers are for office hours. A couple of days before Vanessa had reached out to confirm us landing and if we wanted a car to pick us up which we said yes please. We passed on our flight details incase there were delays, ended up being just over an hour late for us. Nobody was there to pick us up and we couldn’t get through to anybody . We ended up getting a taxi to the location but because there was no signage we couldn’t find it. We found a phone number from one of the earlier emails and got though to somebody on the mainland, his number shouldn’t have been on there but he called somebody else and eventually we got a contact for Thomas on the island who turned up to let us in. We could easily have had to book another place for the first night if we hadn’t have been able to find somebody. We got no call or email from Vanessa checking in or apologizing for the mix up after i left a message that night either. They need a better system for incoming tourists

The location was nice and the amenities too. The apartment is at walkable distance from main attraction in Oia. The cliff is very closeby. The mini market on the next building was very handy. There is a hot tub on the terrace. And not to forget , Dimitris was very helpful and was always available for support via WhatsApp.

Can get noisy due to travelling cars at night and people making noises untill 10 pm on the travel office downstairs.

The place is good, comfortable, clean and there is a kitchen very useful furthermore there is a balcony and jacuzzi. The location is good and there is parking near. There was cleaning every day and the internet is excellent.

Very comfortable felt like home
