"Elegant hotel"

The hotel has a European feel to it. It is located in the heart of downtown area but still fairly quiet. Mixed reviews on the French restaurant attached to the hotel. The breakfasts have been ok. At dinner we tried the mussels and frites. So delicious! I almost got my head stuck in the container lapping up the most exquisite sauce. You can work out at the YWCA next door for free! Great facility! Also the staff in the lobby have been super friendly. The concierge Mohammed was fantastic and gave us a great place to eat.

The location was great and the property was extremely well kept. The rooms were beautiful and very spacious. The pillows and bed were also very comfortable. We’ll definitely stay here again if we’re back in Vancouver!

The staff was consistently friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. The location is also excellent—close to the city center and within easy reach of the main attractions.
