Tmark Resort Vang Vieng

호텔이 너무 좋았어요~^^ 완전 만족했습니다~~~!!!!

The resort was everything we could of asked for and more. The standout was the amazing view from the pool and the helpfulness of staff . The food at the hotel was great, with the breakfast buffet offering a wide range of tasty food and the lunch options being a mix of western and Asian.

The hotel was a bit out of town but a free shuttle service was provided . In addition , there was construction work infront the hotel which could be distracting.

Little bit far from centre

The staff were very welcoming and warm. We were welcomed with a drink and cold flannel. Fruit basket in our room. The free shuttle to and from the town centre/train station was very helpful. Large comfortable bed. Beautiful views of the karsts. The food for breakfast and lunch was good, plenty of options even for vegetarians.

The bathroom drains smelt of a public toilet. Noise pollution from events outside of hotel. The room TV is dated with limited channels and not a smart TV. The pool was dirty and not enough sun beds. The coffee was really bad. Expensive laundry. This did not feel like a luxurious hotel and was quite expensive for what you did get. The hotel could do with more styling as it feels quite old and bare.

Personally I think Tmark is the best hotel in Vang Vieng. Lovely views of the river and mountains, clean pool, and immaculate landscaping. The staff also are friendly and helpful. Our room was plenty big for the two of us. There is a bridge being built right next to it, and I think once that project is complete, then it will really place Tmark at the top of the hotels in VV. It’s about a 3 minute drive or a 15 min walk from the hotel to the city center.

The location and view was amazing. The pool was warm and service was amazing.

The drainage of the shower was extremely slow and sometimes flooded if you took a shower one after another. The restaurant always had its doors and windows open so there were always flies in the dining area (only a small amount)

Lovely position, great service, pool awesome. Room was good except bathroom shower and curtain mouldy. Bed linen needs upgrading - I hate it when pillows aren’t fully covered by the pillow case.
