Het hotel was geweldig, mooie locatie, lekker balkon! En het ontbijt ook. Maar het speciaalst was het personeel! We waren er tijdens een overstroming. Daardoor waren de wegen onbegaanbaar en reden er geen treinen meer en moesten we onze reis omboeken. Het personeel heeft er werkelijk alles aan gedaan om ons te helpen. Nogmaals dank daarvoor!

Room view was excellent. Room was big and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Room service was good. Laundry service very good. Gym was good compared to many hotels.

The hotel was not busy and twice when we went to have dinner in the hotel we got told we would have to wait 90 minutes for food as they’re busy. This wasn’t acceptable and it got rectified by management. This isn’t acceptable when you have a toddler and there isn’t many places near by to the hotel. There could be more to do at this hotel with so much space. Wasn’t always staff at the pool area so I’d have to go into the restaurant from the pool which is quite far to get a drink. Do not order a set menu. There was one other table occupied at dinner time and it took 110 minutes to get our main course. 50 minutes for a salad.

Amazing! Staff are incredible! Great food! Great views! Clean room and property grounds well taken care of. Had to add one more night due to rains/floods. During which staff was extremely helpful navigating my travels due to cancellations. Highly Recimmend!
