Good location.

No proper Western breakfast. Breakfast timing should be extended till 9.30am.

Ghì rất nhiều thứ có trong danh sách nhưng lại không có làm khách phải tìm hiểu vì ngại sẽ phải đền cho ks khi không kiểm tra kỹ. Mà toàn thứ lặt vặt mà cũng không có cũng buồn cười vì mang tiếng là đặt ks mà túi trà, gói cà phê, hộp khăn giấy cũng chả có... homestay còn đều có những thứ ấy mà .

The location! 👍 The Staff! 👍 Our special Thanks to Ms. Nguyệt , the Chef (?) She's very friendly and cheerful She makes our days more happy and relaxed. 💐😍💐 Overall, we enjoyed our staying & will return if we're going back Da Nang. PS: We're in Room 414 for 1 week. The room is nice and clean with the (limited) ocean view. The balcony was nice for hanging wet clothes after swimming. The bathroom should be repaired! The Cleaning Staff worked hard but still couldn't improve the condition of the "very old" and poor look bathroom.😥 The grouting's so bad, the corners, the connection of floors/walls were rotten, look very bad. These should to be improved to maintain the conditions of this small but nice hotel.

De locatie aan het strand. Verder was het een grote schone kamer.

Erg hard matras. En er was geen toegang tot het balkon dat wel aanwezig was.

You practically stepped onto the beach from the front of the hotel. The property is only a few meters away from lots of shops, restaurants and plenty of cafés. The rooms were also very big and spacious. They allowed us to check in a few hours early also because there was a room available for us.

We booked two queen beds but were given a room with two beds that weren’t the same size. However this maybe because we checked in a few hours early, so we didn’t complain :)

Die Lage, der Meerblick und die Größe des Zimmers. Es gab heißes Wasser in der Dusche.

Das Zimmer war abgeranzt, kaputt und dreckig. Das Bad war ekelhaft. Es roch nach Schimmel. Der Kühlschrank war dreckig und alt. Das schlimmste war allerdings, dass wir Bettwanzen hatten. Nach zwei Nächten konnten wir dann endlich das Zimmer wechseln. Angeblich war alles vorher ausgebucht. Man versprach uns ein "deep-cleaning", was allerdings nur einer normalen Zimmerreinigung entsprach. Man wechselte lediglich die Bettwäsche, während wir im Zimmer waren. Im zweiten Zimmer waren die Matratzen dann sehr unbequem. Man spürte die Federn im Rücken. Im Bad war der Wasserdruck sehr schlecht. Das Personal war grundsätzlich sehr desinteressiert. Man wurde nicht beachtet, wenn man sie nicht direkt angesprochen hat. Neben dem Hotel befindet sich eine Baustelle (was aber momentan in Da Nang fast überall der Fall ist). Vor dem Hotel befindet sich ein Seafood-Restaurant, bei dem die Klimaanlagen laufen, was nachts störend war. Ich kann mir die guten Bewertungen für das Hotel nicht erklären. Wir haben in Vietnam für den Preis in besseren Hotels übernachtet. Wir empfehlen das Hotel definitiv nicht.
