Ευρύχωρο και με καλή αισθητική . Καλη τοποθεσία και εύκολο check in

Το κρεβάτι παρότι ψηλό βούλιαζες πάρα πολύ και το πάπλωμα ήταν σαν βρεγμένο κάθε μέρα. Επίσης κάποια από τα μέρη του σπιτιού χρειαζόντουσαν επιδιόρθωση (πχ είχε ξεφλουδίσει το καλοριφέρ ή σε κάποια σημεία υπήρχε σκουριά). Το μεγαλύτερο πρόβλημα ήταν η φασαρία. Και τα δύο βράδια είχαν μουσική και φώναζαν στο υπόγειο και μάλλον δεν ήταν επισκέπτες αλλά ένοικοι . Η φασαρία κρατούσε ως τις 2 τουλάχιστον και δεν υπήρχε κανένας σεβασμός ακόμα κ στις παρατηρήσεις. Μάλιστα το δεύτερο βράδυ ένα ζευγάρι τσακώνονταν και χτυπούσαν τις πόρτες κλπ.
