It’s close enough to the venue that I’d came for

Different with location in google maps. A bit harder to find. It’s hard for online transport to find the location of the hotel. No elevator. The water jet in our bathroom was leaking, it make the floor wet all the time. Only one side of the bed that has the electricity plug, it’s not good for me who sleep at the other side of the bed.

Security very helpful, cleaner also friendly, receptionist keep it up.

The room not clean, the bed sheet very old and only two pillow given.. We experience air-conditioning nit working well however they give us new room in return.

The hotel lobby was nicely decorated for Christmas, and the staff were pleasant, although they struggled in English a little with my accent. There was a room deposit to pay (which wasn't mentioned on booking.com). The actual room was comfortable, and the bed was large. The cleaning staff also brought in 2 small bottles of water per day. Even though the booking.com listing says there's no restaurant/breakfast available, breakfast can be purchased for Rp55k. It's a small buffet with rice, soup, toast, fruit, coffee and juice (cordial), and it's open until 10am. The hotel is located relatively close to the Dufan Ancol, which we went to for a concert at the stadium. And Grab prices are quite cheap in Jakarta, so getting around was easy enough. If you have heavy bags, use the lift from the ground floor (near the entry stairs)—it's not very noticeable and there's no signage. That way, you won't struggle up the stairs like I did.

The placement of electrical outlets in the bedroom is pretty inconvenient - none by the bed (for phones) or near the desk (for a laptop). The food options for breakfast were pretty basic (very limited for a vegan), but it's convenient because there are no other restaurants within walking distance. The room had a musky smell when the ventilation fan was turned on - a bit like urine, which must have come from another room connected to the ventilation. Once I opened the bathroom door and turned on the fan, it cleared out the smell. The internet speed was pretty poor - around 1Mbps on a speedtest - which made using a phone or laptop pretty painful.
