Alphotel Mittersill incl National Park Sommercard

Very cosy hotel, close to the ski resort Schmitten - Zell am See - Kaprun. Very pleasant owners.

Good quite location. Very friendly and helpful owners. Decent value for money. Well maintained building. Plenty of parking around.

The bed can use some new pillows and the mattress is not far behind. Insect screens on the windows and balcony door can help a lot with the mosquitos at night while keeping room ventilated. If insect screens are not possible, maybe fans to help stay cool while closing the windows at night. I asked for a fan but they did not keep any on hand.

Family hotel with extremely friendly staff. Large and clean rooms with great views of the mountains. Plenty of parking available. The Sommercard included in the rate is a big bonus with significant discounts to explore the region.

Although it was not a problem to my group, be aware that there is no elevator in the property.

The room was very large. The breakfast was exceptional. The staff were very nice and welcoming.

The location near the center. The owners are very nice and help us to plan the days. The room is very big and the balcony has a beautiful view.

Really friendly welcoming family run hotel. Great Alps chalet feel. Good hearty simply breakfast, plenty to fill up on for a day's skiiing. And easy access to a ski bus to take you to the slopes. Definitely recommend and if the opportunity arises, will definitely stay with them again.
