The room wasn't ready until after 5pm. People were waiting in the lobby because of the delay of so many rooms not being ready. The initial room they gave me wasn't ready. When we made it upstairs, the bathroom was disgusting.

"Great place to stay!"

Nice Hotel. The place is very nice but it's the people that make you want to return. The front desk manager Nyia does a great job. Sandra makes you feel appreciated every time you visit and breakfast would not be the same without Melissa. Restaurant on site and several others very close by. Very easy on and off the interstate also.

Checked in on a Thursday and checked out on a Monday. Not one time did we get house keeping. It took 3 different front desk people just to get fresh towels on Sunday evening. House keeping staff hiding behind carts on their phones right by the elevator. Tried to get a manager none on site requested one to call me never did. Failed like their service.
