Como no hay ascensor, debía tener un botones que le ayude al huesped a subir y bajar sus maletas, Esta sugerencia, está fácil de darle curso y mejora la espectativa del hotel.

"Estancia cómoda, muy bien ubicada y experiencia agradable"

Desayuno muy rico, las camas muy cómodas y el personal muy amable. Las instalaciones son lindas, aseadas y cómodas. Hay terraza, mirador, hamacas, piscina. Queda muy cerca al muelle 1888 y al puerto.

No hubo aseo del baño en el tiempo que nos hospedamos, es lo único que diría que podría mejorarse, pero nada grave.

"Cerca a la playa"

Con los pocos recursos que tienen hacen lo que pueden, es de las pocas opciones tipo hotel en Puerto Colombia. Son muy serviciales en el desayuno y la vista de la terraza es muy poética, el aire acondicionado funciona bien, es el hotel mas cerca al mar, ademas cuentan con una pequeña piscina.

El personal es poco amable y les molesta que uno llegué tarde aún si es el primero de enero. No había toallas en la habitación, no hay agua caliente y solo tiene cortinas oscuras, si se abren las cortinas uno queda sin privacidad .
