Clean .

The cleaner was talking by phone while cleaning and she woke me up as the hotel has echo . I could also hear the person sleeping in front of my room listening to music (and the music was not even loud ) . Overpriced considering the area and you can’t even pay by card . Which makes it diffficult and very inconvenient when being a tourist in colombia .

Convenient for the domestic airport. The room was clean and although basic, perfect for a one night stay for the airport and southern bus terminal. There are no staff on site, but the contact centre are available 24/7 on WhatsApp and provided is with all the access information we needed.

There was only one towel and although clean, it was a little worn out with a hole in it.

"Perfect for my needs...."

Comfortable bed. Warm shower with toiletries provided. Easy self-check in. Good wifi. The staff I communicated with online even arranged an early morning taxi for me - this was a load off my mind!
