GBThe kitchen- I was able to make a nice chicken salad something healthy rather takeaway I enjoyed it. WiFi- the WiFi was working perfect and had no issues

When I booked the accommodation it was with 1 disabled person. The booking was accepted. When we arrived the door was open and no one was at reception. Things could be a little cleaner and somethings need a little tlc. Unfortunately our tv didn't work but that didn't matter really. With it being a studio apartment, some homely things should be essential I.e washing liquid, clean sponges for pots, shampoo & conditioner in dispensers in the shower cubical. More than 1 toilet roll in the toilets. Bin liner in the bathroom bin. Other than that I'd stay again !

We book two days everything not my hope for.list 1 ,from kitchen. The kettles are smiling ,we don’t have chance to have hot ,refrigerator not working. Chairs was broken ,we eat by standing. 2,for shower,we can’t use the worm water what we want.water from shower head always keep up to 40degree. We can’t have shower when we from beach is really bad. Specially I don’t know which cup for brush teeth.all cups they put in the kitchen together .we scare use cup for drink .they have two separately. 3,for beds, the beds were so soft and dirty ,the dovet and cover always separated,we believe they not clean before we arrived . The sofa bed was dirty also . 4,the TV. Was in control I think my kids want see the YouTube.need went to another Rooms . 5,the service.no one in reception. I try to knock the door in first floor ,nobody answer,I try to call two times ,one of them not in hotel ,another one was sleeping.so many things not in solve. 6,for parking.they show online£10 for day parking,but when we been there they told me £15 per day staff try to cheat us.we paid £40 for two days from3:00 pm,but they expecting when we checkout in 10:00am to leave the car .we are not happy. 7,my friend just missing rings in room 304. Overall the hygiene is very poor.

Checking in and out seemed all over the place. Like either have someone at the desk or have the codes. Parking was available in a locked bit outside but can’t access without a member of staff. Just seemed a bit half hearted for a modern apartment complex. Small things missed all added up. For example paying for 3 people and an extra bed not being made.
