La ubicación, el personal botones y el personal del restaurante

No nos respetaron las habitaciones reservadas ya que la reservación decía vista al mar y nos dieron habitaciones estándar cuando acudimos a recepción a preguntar por qué nos dicen que la agencia (Booking) fue lo que reservó aún y cuando les mostré la confirmación de la reservación por parte del hotel la respuesta fue que lo tenía que revisar con la agencia (Booking) No hay valet para estacionar el auto y tú tienes que llevar personalmente el auto a estacionar a la otra propiedad y regresar caminando ya que el hotel la Marina no cuenta con estacionamiento. Para reservar la cena la primer noche no nos dejó el sistema cuando pregunte a recepción la respuesta fue que no se habían activado las habitaciones pero que de cualquier manera ya no había cupo, al día siguiente a las 10 am al querer reservar nos apareció que ya no había cupo.

El arroz con leche de postre de ahi en mas casi nada

La regadera del baño no servia , la tv no se veia lo canales , playa muy muy sucia , no habia variacion de la comida el personal muy amable

La habitación Pero llovió y se metió el agua

Desde que llegué no me quería dar la habilitación me cobraron mil pesos de más llovió y se inundó la habitación la comida estaba muy mala
