I requested daily clean of my room since we were three in our suite . The cleaning staff was wonderful the room was clean and fresh . We had a wonderful stay.

Room was clean, breakfast was good. Water fountain in the gym was great for filling water bottles.

Staff was not overly friendly, seemed to be just collecting a paycheck. Pillows were super uncomfortable, the kind that are too soft your head sinks down so it offers no support then your neck hurts all the next day. I had a payment issue that I noticed on my bank account after my stay so I called to inquire- the girl who answered was extremely rude and hung up on me.

I personally find this hotel "ok". I do think it was better a few years ago. We have family that lives nearby and have booked this hotel for my family of 4 probably 3 times over the past 4 years. I find the lobby and area near the pool to have a very strong smell. Kind of like cigarette smell that has been wiped over but not gone. I am very sensitive to smells. Several of the exterior doors stick making it a huge process to get in them. The food/coffee selection is mediocre at best. The room heat/AC unit is loud. Rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable enough. We had an issue with a broken ceiling light when we checked in. Plastic shards were all over the little kitchen counter and the light would flicker like crazy. When we asked about getting it fixed it would be several days because it was the weekend. I guess they don't have maintenance on the weekend? Front desk staff was very nice.

The staff was exceptional, the facilities were spotless and the breakfast was the biggest and best I’ve ever had for a hotel! I always travel with an extension cord for all my electronics, well I definitely didn’t need it here, there was 6 outlets, usb c ports and usb ports on each side of the bed! The large flat screen tv was a plus too and I love that with their app you can open your door with your phone!

That I was there only 3 nights!
