Katie O was the most friendly, caring server. Was very helpful with pointing me to where I needed to go. Also best mimosa I have ever had!!! Very friendly! Nikki was extremely attentive and made the best suggestions! Two of the best and most kind employees at any hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

We had an amazing experience at an event at 1620. There was an especially helpful bartender Katie who was very personable and knowledgeable. She made our experience top notch. She is a keeper.

"Canceled last min, poor customer service and not a care given."

Hotel canceled last just a few short hours before our arrival. First stating refurbishments and then confirming they over booked. We had confirmation from March when we booked for our stay in May and even the night before the trip. We arrived from Ireland with no accommodation as it was canceled while we where on the plane. Customer service was no help and said a manager would call me back but never did.

"Great location and walking distance to everything you need to see"

Great location and walking distance to pretty much everything there is to see in Plymouth. It was just one night stay for us so it was okay.

Finding staff was difficult from time to time and they rely on self check in and self check out.

"It was convenient for a quick overnight stat"

Location was nice and easy to get to. Great parking!

Rooms need to be ready earlier. At 4:30 on a Saturday afternoon, every room should be ready to go without checking on its status. Also we froze at night. The blanket was far too light for the end of April.

"Don't Bother! They'll Take your money and cancel the booking!"

Absolute disgrace! Took full payment for our booking 3 days before we were due to check in and then cancelled our reservation when we were en route, 3 hours before check in time due to "overbooking" with no sign of a refund. Terrible experience and customer service!

Erin and Rick gave us an absolutely amazing experience for our baby shower! The service they provided was absolutely top notch and I would recomend them to anybody. They were so courteous and welcoming, it meant a lot to us on such a special day. We can’t say enough good things and will absolutely ask to have them again for our next event!
