The apartment was very neat and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, so l was able to cook for my family throughout our stay. The host was always ready to meet our every need. Infact, it was home away from home. I will certainly lodge there again and also recommend to my friends.

The flat was nice and spacious, had everything that we needed, would of benefited from a mirror downstairs as only had in the upstairs bedroom and bathroom. Windows upstairs a little tricky to open, but got the hang of it.Overall had a great family break away.

Although the location was close to amenties, pleasure beach etc.. It was let down by random males floating about downstairs. Felt a little unsafe at times.

Everything apart from the location which is quite close to most of the attractions in Blackpool. STAFF/MANAGEMENT : Poor communication, As I contacted the property via email, phone call and booking message, to change the date already booked but there was no response but they kept on texting me, emailing me about the deposit I needed to pay which was shocking as there was an outstanding request that needed their attention but they fail to actioned it, rather go after deposit payment. STAY: our overall experience at the property was very stressful as the flat was on a 3rd floor and bedroom/bathroom was another stairs which was not explained properly by saying flat has 3 flights of stairs and there is no lift. So, going up and down them stairs with young kids was very stressful. No washing machine, No vacuum to clean after our self (small brush and dust pan provided after request) for a rug carpet floor for 4 days. These things are very important as people with kids are stay for days and would want to do some laundry and clean with a vacuum cleaner. CLEAN: Flat was dirty, (Floor) Bedding dirty (Sofa bedding) used and dump in the storage was not wash for next customer. Shower Head was very dirty, that you could see the shower head covered in black dirt. Toilet Seat (dirt stain / mark) FACILITIES: Shower over bath water temperature was not hot, slightly lukewarm which was not ok to use as it was snowing and freezing weather that week. You can only soak yourself in the bath. The main room rooftop window blind falling which makes the room cold due to draft. Beds: is like you lying on a spring which makes the kids, ache all over for sleeping them bed for 4 nights.

Went there for New Years for 3 nights with my best friend and our 4 kids. Kids were ages between 1 and 14. Loved cooking in the kitchen, comfy beds and sofa bed. Everything was clean and nice. If you come with a pram - keep in mind you will need to bring it up to the apartment, my mistake - I took one of the biggest prams my toddler has so it was a bit of a workout. Tesco and Iceland about 5min walk away, smaller shop right around the corner, tower about 30min walk. Easy to check in and to check out. Great communication.
