The hotel is situated in a favorable location. Well ... The most ideal location. Furthermore, parking is provided. The restaurant features a beautiful ambiance, a delectable breakfast menu, and a welcoming, friendly staff.

My accommodations were in a standard room. It was a somewhat dilapidated place. However, the bathroom, particularly the shower, is in a state of disrepair, and cleanliness is a concern.

The location is perfect, close to the center of all restaurants and supermarkets. The walking from the sea is less than 5 minutes to the main beach and to the central park which is very full of activities also in the evening. The stuff was very kind and helped us in every question. There is an elevator which helps for accessing the higher floors (not always exist in Georgia). The restaurant has cooked each morning a porridge for the kids !!

The hotel isn't suitable for little kids. The restaurant opens at 9 o'clock in the morning and it's very late for little children. Also, there's about 3-4 breakfast options, because it's a boutique restaurant (which is suitable for older kids and etc.). The balcony is straight to The Construction site and you can't use it properly.

Decent hotel, in a very nice location. Nice bathroom. Very good breakfast.

The carpet was dirty.
