Best Western Premier the Central Hotel & Conference Center

A very nice hotel. Very clean. Easy on and off the highway. And a very nice restaurant.

I have stayed at this hotel several times for conferences and have enjoyed each stay. The rooms are nice and clean. The service has always been excellent. I love that it has an attached Irish Pub, because it's so convenient particularly if the weather isn't great. Recommend!

The house keeper was not polite and was not helpful She was speaking very loudly The story started in the morning last Wednesday 15 April when I called front desk asking for cleaning my room and the lady in front desk confirmed that my room will be cleaned but when we came back the room not cleaned only trash collected So I called the front desk and I informed him that room was not cleaned He sent a lady with some towels So next morning I again called the front desk asking for cleaning my room that was early in the morning but about 10:00 in the morning a black lady came to the room she was speaking very loudly and rudely and shouting that she do the bathroom but she just used a towel to clean the bathroom without using any cleaning detergent This very bad way of treating customers

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was okay. My husband ordered ham and got bacon. The wings I ordered at dinner were very dry.

I was greeted with respect and accomodations were as they were advertised. The amenities we're clean and workable. They also have this restaurant called O'Reilly's and they treat your order like a home cooked meal. They also offer trivia night and other little things that were exciting and made available to the guests. This is a great place to have your groups your training and anything of that nature and it seems like the booking accommodations weren't that expensive either because our group was able to offer us our food as a compliment and all of our incidentals. The atmosphere was welcoming there were other guests having other meetings and group sessions and it didn't interfere with one another everything felt inclusive I can't wait to go again.
