The breakfast was decent. Location was easy to find and get to. The pool and hot tub was quiet.

No elevator which was challenging when carrying baggage with small kids. Our room was never cleaned. We stayed 2 nights and there was no room service. Had to ask for shampoo (the room never had any) and more towels. The vending and ice machine were both out of order the evening we tried to use them. No ventilation in the pool area. Very humid and the entire hotel smells like strong chlorine the minute you walk in. The tv had 8 local channels…no cable or smart tv apps and our remote didn’t work. Overall, we were ready to leave after the second night. Wouldn’t book again.
