Muito bem dividido os espaços. A cozinha é equipada. Banheiro funcional, apenas com um pequeno problema no box, mas nada que dê dor de cabeça. Quarto espaçoso e sofá cama muito confortável.

La agencia que maneja el departamento es estafadora Me cobro por segunda vez la tasa para el ayuntamiento que se paga por única vez. En el hotel cosmopolitan me la imprimieron para que se lo muestre y aún así me la cobraron y lo pague porque a la pobre chica que mandaron se lo descontarían a ella de su sueldo. Ella también me dijo que los va a denunciar por maltrato laboral . La chica se llama denise y yo hice una nota de puño y letra y la firmo conmigo. Ella también me contó que estarán a la gente turista que no se comportan correctamente Ahora yo como hago para ser indemnizada por haber pagado doble. The apartment was spacious and well located. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The apartment appears dated and in need of maintenance. The kitchen tap hardly worked but was made functional at end of day 2 by knocking out the strainer. The tap should be replaced. The under shelf kitchen lights do not work The bedroom floor was very dusty. I had to sweep and mop it. The safe was locked with instructions provided on how to use it. The bathroom was in a poor state and in need of an update: the shower screen door was off the rail; the shower head was floppy (I had to wrap the water flex around the rail to make it usable); the shower head was full of scale; black mould in the tile grout and around the shower screen; tap fixtures corroded. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The photos on the advertisement make the apartment look much better than it is. I do not recommend this apartment in its current state.

La posizione è eccellente, centralissima, in prossimità di Piazza S Stefano. La metratura dell'alloggio è ottimale, spazi ben distribuiti ed organizzati. Chiara si è occupata del ns check in, puntuale e cordiale.

-Rubinetto della cucina inutilizzabile, intasato da calcare (abbiamo lavato le stoviglie utilizzate durante la colazione, nel lavello del bagno). -Il bagno necessita oltre che di una pulizia approfondita (basta alzare il copri water per capire), anche di una ristrutturazione. -Il box si chiude a stento, il rubinetto del lavello è utilizzabile al 50% a causa del calcare . -Tv mancante (effettivamente non è indicata tra i servizi ma è insolito che non ci sia). - all arrivo degli ospiti, si potrebbe far trovare anche una sola bottiglia d acqua L alloggio ha un ottimo potenziale ma occorre porre rimedio alle carenze soprattutto riguardanti la pulizia.
