GuestHost - Bologna Zanolini Apartment

We loved the place -it was as described, comfy beds (even the sofa bed was quite comfortable),the apartment was perfect for 4 people! I appreciate there was an iron that we could use! The place is located in a university district close to Portico di San Donato, well connected to public transport. We would gladly stay there again when in Bologna! Check in was easy. I highly recommend!

There was nothing we didn't like.

- nice location, just 20 min walk to the center - big apartment and large rooms - stores and restaurants just few minutes away - well equipped kitchen - 15 mins away from the airport by car

- there is no TV in the apartment - you can hear every noise made on the staircase - early check out (10 am) - not self-check in available (you have to meet somebody and if you have a late check in (> 09.30 pm) you have to pay an extra charge - not too clean, dirty floor, garbage under the sofa (bags from other clients), dirty dish sponge in the kitchen - there is a dishwasher machine, but no tablets for it

Close to the city but quiet. Apartment is well equipped.

Perfect for long stays. Really high walls and comfy beds. Nice bathroom.

The eco in the room.

Apt well equipped, safe, quiet, good location, 15-20 min walk from centre, university, tourist area. Buses 20 and 36, 37 were reliable to get from/to train station.

Everything was fine.

The location is great! There are two comfortable bedrooms, and well-equipped kitchen.

The bathroom was clean but a bit disappointing. The flat is on the ground floor, which is convenient, but the trees outside keep it quite dark during the day. We spent all the days outside, so it wasn’t that bad, but can be a bit depressing if the weather is not that great.

The interior of the house was minimalistic and perfect.

The air conditioner in the living room didn't work so well maybe because the room was very big and the air conditioner didn't cool the entire room.

Friendly host, the apartment was clean and well equipped, air-conditioning in every room was appreciated.

There wasn’t that much light in the apartment, it felt a bit dark.

the apartment was very cold even though the weather outside was good, we had to put on a couple of layers to stay warm inside. the sofa bed was not very comfortable

A very warm welcome, no problem with early check-in, very quiet neighborhood, no problem with getting into the old town on foot. A very nice person giving us the keys, great contact. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, a separate nice kitchen

Some coffee or tea available for self-preparation for a good start would be great :-)
