The rates are good value. The location, near MarcoPolo Airport, takes the anxiety out of airport access. It's about a 5 minute trip, dependent on traffic. The room was a good size, had a balcony and was cool, clean and comfortable. The cost savings of an "Automated Hotel' are considerable, and the systems in place here are modern and easy to deal with. The breakfast arrangements are good, a breakfast kit in the room and a coffee machine in the light and airy breakfast room. Two restaurants are less than a 10 minute walk away.

Automated Hotels make demands on the client - it's important to have good communication skills. We experienced no problems, however. Two codes are needed, one for the gate and another for the room key locker. Laura was at the desk when we arrived and was extremely welcoming and helpful, helping us carry our luggage to the 2nd Floor. She also called us a Taxi. I think the accepted taxi fare of E20 is too high, but the service was friendly and efficient.

Ventsian saarelle lähtee bussi pääkadulta tien toiselta puolelta ja maksaa 1,50€. Matka kestää noin 20 min. Lentokentälle maksaa bussi 1,50€, jos jaksaa raahata laukkuja asunnolta pysäkille, joka on pääkadulla vasemmalla, kun tullaan asunnolta. Ihana iso parveke, jossa oli mukava istua suihkun jälkeen.

Toiseen kerrokseen ei ollut hissiä, jossa sijaitsi huoneen 201-205.

The location is very convenient, especially for travelers arriving late or departing from the nearby airport. The room was comfortable and well suited for a short stay. We particularly appreciated the small breakfast-to-go offering available in the room, which was a thoughtful touch and very convenient for an early departure.

One area that could be improved is the parking signage. As we arrived in the middle of the night, it was not immediately clear where guests were supposed to park, and better signage or more detailed arrival instructions would have made the process easier.

Really happy with this lodging for our first night. Our flight arrived late-ish (8:30pm) so we wanted to be near the airport. It is super clean, comfortable, on a quiet side street. Great water pressure in the shower. Really cute furnishings. Loved it. Plus, so convenient to the airport. We walked in 20 minutes with backpacks. But if you have heavier luggage or not keen on walking, it’s a 20 Euro cab ride. Nice strong coffee machine in lobby. 5 minute walk to bus stop- so we easily got into Venice in the morning. Only negative: the breakfast (two pre-packaged croissants left in the room, with jam). Fresh bread would have been nice, or other options. Good option for the night before an early flight or if arriving late.

Location is good close to airport

It was a bit pricey given I came late in the evening and left very early in the morning.

The location was perfect. This was a new experience for us - staying in a fully self-checkin facility. There was no staff at the site; it was all done though text messages and access codes. But, once we got used to the idea, the facility was very nice.

There was just a little anxiety - knowing other users were coming and going whom we did not know. But, in reality that was true at most any hotel we might stay in.
