GBThe room was very pleasant to stay and in perfect for us backpacking as a couple. Decent size, not a far walk at all from the Old Town and a lot of places to eat near by and very quiet area. The owner was always there to help at any time with booking tours, transport and even express laundry ready for the morning.

Ants in the bin of the room. being picky the Shower is close to the toilet so it gets the bathroom wet
GBLocation, very comfy beds, great shower and friendly host who went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and as stress free as possible. Shortly after booking, the host rang to arrange pick up which we accepted (at a small extra cost). It is very common for Hoi An to flood during the rainy season - and it did on the day we were due to leave lagoon homestay. our host had arranged for a boat to pick us up from the hotel front door to our taxi a little further out of town, free of charge. Would recommend this homestay for the service alone, all the other little feature are just a bonus. 10/10
